Direct from our pastures

No middlemen, no mystery. Every cut comes from cattle you can visit, on fields you can see from our farm store.

Nothing we wouldn't eat

100% grass-fed & finished, pasture-raised. No antibiotics, no added hormones, no GMOs — ever.

Regenerative by design

Our herd rebuilds the soil it grazes — carbon back in the ground, not just beef in your freezer.

We farm the way we do because we eat what we raise.

Since 1876

Six generations of the same family, on the same land.

Our farm in Oro-Medonte, near Barrie, has been in the family since 1876. Today our regenerative journey has turned that land into a flourishing home for Black Angus cattle — and a growing family of free-run laying hens, honeybees, and soon, lamb and sheep-milk products.

We farm the way we do because we eat what we raise.
