Delivery & Pickup Policy
We run on a weekly rhythm, the same one the farm has always kept.
Order by Sunday at 11:59 PM Eastern. We pack everything on Wednesday, and boxes are delivered on Thursday. Order after Sunday's cutoff and you're simply in the next week's run — nothing is lost, it just rides the next wave. The store always shows the exact delivery day your order will land on before you pay.
Where we deliver: Ontario only, for now. Delivery to the Greater Toronto Area is a $12 flat rate, and the rest of Ontario is $18 flat. Any order over $250 ships free. We can't deliver outside Ontario yet — if you're out of province, leave your email at checkout and we'll let you know when that changes.
Farm pickup: you can skip the delivery fee entirely and collect your order at the farm in Oro-Medonte. Choose a pickup slot at checkout and your order will be packed and waiting from Thursday. Farm store hours: Thursday 12–4 PM, Friday 10 AM–4 PM, Saturday 10 AM–4 PM (Eastern).
Everything travels insulated and cold-packed so it arrives the way it left the farm. Frozen items ship frozen. If anything arrives in a state you wouldn't accept at the farm gate, contact us and we'll make it right.
