Made by Award winning cheese company Mountain Oak and produced on their farm in New Hamburg, Ontario with goat milk from a local farm. Firm, dense and smooth textured cheese is slightly grainy with hints of caramel. The rind is hard and natural with the ivory coloured interior. Smaller proteins in goat milk cheese often make it the go to choice for those with lactose intolerance or other digestive discomforts. Aged for: 3 months Variable weights: 100g - 126g ($ 4.50 - 5.67)

How it arrives
Fresh-frozen on the farm, vacuum-sealed, and packed in an insulated box that holds temperature well beyond delivery day. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
