Our All Natural Sirloin Tip Steak is a boneless, lean and firm cut of steak. It benefits most from marinating for a few hours before BBQing whole or cubing it into a mean shish kabob. All of our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! We take pride in raising our animals the natural way, without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
