Our All Natural New York Strip (Sirloin) Steak. "I Love New York" and everybody loves a New York Strip! Tender, lean and usually boneless...this baby hails from the larger side of a Porterhouse. The N.Y. Strip also lends itself to variety of cooking methods; BBQ, pan-sear or oven roast, it will make your mouth sing.   All of our Black Angus cattle are raised naturally and with kindness. They graze outside on our farmland and are Grass-finished which results in a more nutrient dense and superior flavour profile, a difference you can taste! How it arrives
Fresh-frozen on the farm, vacuum-sealed, and packed in an insulated box that holds temperature well beyond delivery day. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
